In response to PREMIUM TIMES, the managing director of Cross River Basin Improvement Authority (CRBDA), Engr. Bassey Edet Nkposong, has stated that his incapacity to instantly elevate N15 million on Saturday led to the wanton looting of all of the places of work and visitor homes, destruction and burning of 34 autos and factories in the whole basin city.
