LASG Debunks Declare That An #EndSARS Protester Was Killed By Police In Surulere

The Lagos state authorities has debunked claims that an EndSARS protester was killed by a police officer in Surulere on Monday, October 12.

In keeping with a press release launched by the Commissioner for Info, Gbenga Omotosho, the person who was killed yesterday was a bystander who wasn’t among the many protesters. Omotosho stated the person was killed by hoodlums who stormed the Anti-Kidnapping Unit at Hogan Bassey Avenue, Surulere, to free two suspects standing trial for alleged kidnapping. The hoodlums reportedly killed one policeman and injured two different officers.
